ITV Village members will be invited to participate in surveys, quick polls and discussions. All activities are of course optional. You do not have to complete every activity that we send you and we will only send you activities we think are relevant to you.

Please read our Privacy Notice and our Cookies Notice posted on this website, which contain important information about how we use any personal information about you that we receive through your registration and participation as an ITV Village member, and use of the website.

The ITV Village community team are keen to reward its members as much as possible. Community badges have been put in place to say thank you for taking part – it’s our way of recognising certain milestones throughout your time on the community. The more badges you get, the better your profile will look. You will also be given an overall member status on your community profile. This will be dependent on your activity levels.

You may end your membership at any time by unsubscribing from the ITV Village. This can be done by going directly to your profile page. Here you can update your membership information or delete your account entirely. Alternatively, you can click the unsubscribe link in any email correspondence you receive from us or send an email to hello@theitvvillage.com with the subject line ‘UNSUBSCRIBE’. Once you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive communications from the ITV Village.

To show our appreciation, you will automatically be entered into our monthly prize draw every time you participate in an activity. You will also receive badges for participation and you may get a shout-out on the site for your input. We sometimes take the opportunity to run extra prize draws for our members. If we do, we'll let you know what you need to do to enter.
